Centre is based in the Essex countryside very near the villages
of Abridge and Lambourne End. Despite its rural setting, it is
inside the M25 London boundary and so is very well served by many
major roads. We also have ample off road parking available in the
aerodrome car park.

Directions to the Aerodrome:
From the North
Exit M11 at Junction 7. Turn Left, A1414 to Ongar, Turn right, A113 toward
Abridge, Stapleford Flight Centre is on the left half a mile after
the 2nd roundabout.
From the South
Exit M11 at Junction 5. Turn right towards Chigwell. At the roundabout
turn left, A113 towards Ongar. Stapleford Flight Centre is on the right,
about 2 miles after Abridge.
From the West
Exit M25 at Junction 26. Turn right, A121 towards Loughton. At the 2nd
roundabout, B172 to Theydon Bois. Continue through Theydon Bois to Abridge.
At Abridge turn left, A113 towards Ongar. Stapleford Flight Centre is
on the right after 2 miles.
From the East
A12 or A127/A12 towards London. At Gidea Park turn right, B175 towards
Ongar. At the roundabout turn left, A113 towards Abridge. Stapleford
Flight Centre is on the left about half a mile after the 2nd roundabout.
By mainline train:
Our nearest mainline train station is Romford which is on the London
Liverpool Street to Southend Line. Once at the station you can catch
a number 500 bus which stops just outside the Aerodrome. The mainline
train service is operated by 'One Railway' for more information

By London Underground:
Our nearest underground station is Debden which is on the Central line.
There is a taxi rank just outside the station and you can catch a taxi
from there to the Aerodrome. The taxi ride should take no more than about
